Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Team Coordination: Oversee the daily scheduling and dispatching of maintenance teams to various job sites. Admin Support: Manage the opening of new job cards and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed. Client Liaison: Communicate directly with clients to confirm service details and resolve any queries. Resource Management: Ensure all tools, materials, and equipment are prepared for the teams daily tasks. Operational Oversight: Monitor job progress and ensure high-quality service delivery.
Requirements:
Excellent administrative and organizational skills. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in swimming pool maintenance is highly preferred. A proactive attitude with the ability to think on your feet.
