Job Title: Manual Tester Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Organize and create comprehensive test packs to ensure effective and thorough testing of applications.
- Attend scrum meetings and collaborate closely with the development team to understand requirements and deliver quality results.
- Work with test cases to ensure all scenarios are covered and provide thorough validation of applications.
- Actively participate in "Go"/ "No-Go" decision-making processes to ensure quality releases.
- Perform extensive manual testing on mobile applications and apps for Android and iOS platforms.
- Help implement best practices in manual testing and ensure they are applied across the organization.
- Document testing results clearly and concisely for future reference and analysis.
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
- ISTQB certification (or equivalent) is required.
- Solid understanding of manual testing methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with testing mobile applications on both Android and iOS platforms.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to fine-tune and improve testing processes in a growing environment.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills to ensure transparency and clarity in test results.
- Ability to work effectively within a collaborative, fast-paced team.
- Basic knowledge of QA/Automation tools such as Selenium, with a keen interest in expanding into automation testing over the next 1-2 years.
- Experience with continuous integration and automated testing is a plus.
