Job Description

We are continually in search of organized and detail-oriented professionals with a passion for the legal field. We are seeking skilled and dedicated Legal Secretaries to join our clients` dynamic teams across South Africa, who regularly have opportunities for entry-level, mid-level, and senior Legal Secretarial positions in various areas of law.

We are recruiting across a broad range of legal specializations, including but not limited to:

• Conveyancing: Assisting with property transfers and deed registrations.
• Foreclosures: Preparing and managing documentation related to repossession and sale of properties.
• Vehicle Asset Finance (VAF): Supporting legal processes related to vehicle financing and asset recovery.
• Road Accident Fund (RAF): Assisting with claims and litigation related to road accidents.
• Debt Collection: Managing documentation and processes related to debt recovery.
• Litigation in various areas of law.

Qualifications

Matric.

Any legal related qualification.

Skills

The successful candidate must have:

• Min 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong oral and written communication skills (good grammar and spelling).
• Dictaphone typing skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Must be able to effectively multi-task, manage time-sensitive documents and have exceptional organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to function effectively in a busy, team-oriented environment.
• Any other skills relevant to that particular role.
