Job

Duties:

• Manage and oversee the documentation process for mining projects
• Ensure all project documents are accurately recorded and maintained
• Implement and maintain document control processes using Aconex
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of documents
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards
• Train and support junior document controllers

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Document Controller in the mining industry
• Proficiency in Aconex software
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure

Education:

• Relevant degree or certification in Document Management or related field

Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a document control within the mining sector

Knowledge and Skills:

• Thorough understanding of document control processes and procedures
• Knowledge of mining industry standards and regulations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including PowerPoint
