We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Training Coordinator to join our dynamic training company in Johannesburg.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing training programs, coordinating schedules, liaising with trainers and clients, and ensuring the smooth execution of training initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in the training
or education sector.
Key
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions, ensuring optimal use of resources.
- Liaise with trainers, clients, and stakeholders to manage training logistics.
- Maintain accurate records of training programs, attendance, and feedback.
- Assist in the development and improvement of training materials.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and accreditation requirements.
- Monitor and report on training effectiveness and learner progress.
- Manage training venues, equipment, and other logistical needs.
- Handle inquiries and provide support to training participants.
- Assist in the preparation of training-related reports and documentation.
- Support marketing and promotional efforts for training programs.
Requirements:
- South African unemployed youth between the ages of 18 and 34.
- Must not have participated on the YES programme before.
- Diploma or Degree in Education, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of South African Skills Development and SETA accreditation processes.
- Familiarity with B-BBEE training compliance requirements.
- Experience in event planning and project coordination.
