Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for talent acquisition, a deep understanding of the IT industry, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
Key
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing, screening, and interviewing IT professionals for a range of technical roles.
- Building and maintaining a strong network of IT talent through proactive engagement.
- Partnering with hiring managers and clients to understand their recruitment needs.
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job briefing to offer negotiation.
- Utilizing various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and referrals.
- Keeping up to date with the latest industry trends and talent acquisition strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an IT Recruiter, preferably in an agency environment.
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools, job boards, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- A degree in a related field is a plus.
