Requirements:
- Matric (Maths & Science) + Engineering Trade/Diploma/Degree in Construction Management.
- 5+ years’ experience in Construction Management (Mining/Processing).
- Strong MS Office & MS Projects skills.
- Valid driver’s license & own vehicle.
- Technical & Leadership Skills in project execution, work delegation, and commercial decision-making.
Key
Responsibilities:
- Manage project initiation, planning, execution, and close-out per SIB guidelines.
- Oversee fabrication, construction, and commissioning within scope, time, and cost.
- Conduct risk assessments, quality inspections, and contract management (NEC, AP42, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with SHE requirements and the Mine Health & Safety Act.
- Lead site teams, contractors, and stakeholder engagemen
