Job Description: A well-established law firm seeks a motivated Candidate Attorney to join our dynamic team. This role offers hands-on experience in various areas of law under the mentorship of experienced attorneys. Key Responsibilities: Draft legal documents, including contracts and pleadings. Conduct legal research to support cases. Attend client meetings and assist with legal strategies. Support litigation, transactional work, and dispute resolution. Maintain case files and client records. Appear in court for procedural matters under supervision. Assist with administrative tasks. Adhere to legal and ethical standards. Qualifications: LLB degree (completed or in final year). Admitted or undergoing legal practical training (if applicable). Knowledge of South African law and legal procedures. Strong research, writing, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and in a team. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.
