Job Summary
Hire Resolve’s Client is currently seeking a talented Accountant to join their team in Cape Town. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial records, analyzing financial data, and preparing financial reports. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client base and contribute to their financial success. If you are detail-oriented, have strong analytical skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Prepare and review financial statements
- Analyze financial data and identify areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations
- Perform general accounting tasks such as reconciliations and journal entries
- Assist with budgeting and financial forecasting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the financial needs of the organization
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
- Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
