Job Summary
Your Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate interior design works on-site, ensuring adherence to design plans and timelines.
- Work closely with contractors, suppliers, and designers to ensure smooth execution.
- Oversee quality control, ensuring high standards in materials and workmanship.
- Monitor project schedules and budgets, identifying and addressing potential delays.
- Conduct site inspections, reporting on progress and resolving any on-site challenges.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and building regulations.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders, ensuring expectations are met.
- Maintain detailed site reports and documentation for ongoing projects.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in interior design site supervision, fit-out projects, or construction.
- Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and interior construction techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and design plans.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with contractors, designers, and project teams.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project tracking tools.
- A valid driving license is an advantage.
