Key Responsibilities: Collect, clean, and rework data from multiple sources into reliable, decision-ready datasets. Design, build, and maintain BI dashboards and reports that bring clarity to complex trends. Translate raw data into actionable insights that shape lending and risk strategies. Present and pitch insights with confidence, influencing decisions at all levels of the business. Job Experience and Skills Required: Bachelors Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field. 24 years BI Analyst or Data Analyst experience, ideally in credit or financial services. Solid SQL skills for data manipulation and querying. Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar). Strong communication skills you can pitch data stories to both technical and non-technical audiences. Analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving through data.
