Minimum Requirements Matric Qualified Chartered Accountant CA(SA) 23 years post-article working experience Strong understanding of financial reporting, analysis, and internal controls Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial ERP systems Prepare, analyses, and present monthly financial results to management Monitor, manage, and forecast short and long-term cash flows Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions and strategic planning Review and improve financial processes to enhance operational efficiency Perform and review balance sheet reconciliations and ensure accuracy Engage in product costing and provide insight on cost efficiencies Drive compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and company policies Support the Financial Director in audits and statutory reporting Maintain complete, accurate financial accounting records for all business entities. Prepare and manage the companys annual budgets Review balance sheet reconciliations and investigate discrepancies proactively Ensure accurate application of IFRS in all financial statements and reports Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements and audit readiness Analyze and address stock variances as per monthly stock take and assist with resolving thereof Maintain the fixed asset register
