Please note this position is in the Middle East- Saudi Arabia, AL KHOBAR
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Experienced Waitress to join our team at our authentic French restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and prior experience in a high-end or fine dining environment. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional table service, ensuring guests enjoy a memorable French dining experience.
Key Responsibilities

Welcome guests warmly and present menus, offering recommendations on French cuisine and wine pairings.

Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar efficiently.

Serve meals and drinks in a professional, timely, and courteous manner.

Maintain a strong knowledge of the restaurants menu, daily specials, and wine list, including French culinary terms and ingredients.

Set up and clear tables, ensuring cleanliness and readiness at all times.

Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.

Process payments and maintain accurate cash/card transaction records.

Work collaboratively with the front-of-house and kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow.

Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards in line with restaurant policies.
Qualifications
-
Minimum 3 years experience as a waitress in a fine dining or upscale restaurant (French cuisine experience advantageous).

Knowledge of French culinary terms, dishes, and wines is highly desirable.

Ability to carry out food and wine service with elegance and professionalism.

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in English (French language skills are a plus).
