Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and advise on legal agreements
- Advising of legal and regulatory matters
- Ensures that the company complies with the financial and legal requirements and maintain high standards of corporate governance.
- Manage customer and procurement contracts
- Draft and manage policies , ensure these are as per company law and are up to date.
- Ensure that all policies are issued to relevant parties and that the polices are implemented and adhered to.
- Identifying risk and raising concerns to necessary stakeholders
- Overseeing legal company entity management
- Maintaining corporate governance
- Advising employees/agents/ suppliers of any changes to company policies.
- Scan , file all legal documents as and when issued or received
- Maintain general administration

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Computer skills
- Time management skills
- Problem solving skills
- The ability to maintain confidentiality
- The ability to work as part of a team
- Be self-disciplined & pro-active
- Must be methodical and have Attention to Detail
Skills Set Require:
- Microsoft word advanced
- Excel intermediate skills
Competencies
- Ability to work under pressure
Mandatory Minimum Required
- Completed degree/ diploma in legal or commercial law and or company secretarial diploma
- Minimum in 1 year working experience in commercial law
- Commercial law experience would be an advantage
