A remote luxury lodge that accommodates upto 24 guests, seeks an experience Lodge Head Chef meeting the following specifications:- Tertiary qualification Must have minimum 3 years experience as Lodge Head Chef in 4 or 5 * lodges Good kitchen organisational skills and able to manage the kitchen staff Creative with regards to menu planning, menu planning, kitchen organisation, Responsible for stock room, stock orders & stock takes and trips to town to collect orders Must be able to use excel for stock control. Only candidates with a stable track record will be consider Non smoker & non drinker Drivers licence essential Accustomed to living and working in remote areas Last pay slip will be required if an offer is made Initial virtual interview and thereafter candidate must be able to get to lodge for an interview, at own costs.
