Job Description
- BCom Degree in Finance and Accounting
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in Financial Management, Business or Operations Management.
- Experience dealing with stock.
- Experience dealing with Foreign Currency, Tax and Intercompany transactions.
- Strong analytical, communication, verbal and written, and leadership skills.
- Excellent excel skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Procedure and controls systems.
- Ad-hoc projects and requests.
- Financial accounting and reporting, preparation of annual financial statements and monthly management accounts.
- Monitor financial details to ensure that legal requirements are met.
- Supervise employees who do financial reporting and budgeting.
- Review financial reports and seek ways to reduce costs.
- Financial planning, budgeting and forecasting.
- BBBEE management and audit preparation.
- Tax and statutory compliance.
- Risk management.
- Export and import transactions.
- Financial and investment planning.
- Management of Logistics and fleet management, Stores and stock management, and IT management.
