• Must have knowledge of New Holland, Case and other mechanization implements and parts
• Knowledge of the agricultural mechanization industry is essential
• Good communication skills that will guarantee client satisfaction
• 3 years experience within a similar environment
• Responsible for the profitable management of the Mechanization branch through excellent service to members.

Duties

• Management of stock levels within the CLIENT framework
• Management of expenses including stock losses, day to day expenses and budgets
• Ongoing customer service through facilitating and solving of queries and complaints
• General management to ensure that all CLIENT policies are applied
• Personnel management
• Workshop administration and claims
• Financial management of branch
