We specialize in manufacturing new, fully refurbishing and repairing of hydraulic cylinders and high precision general engineering components. Our commitment to high quality production sets us apart in the industry. 
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced (+15 year) skilled artisan who will  actively participating in manufacturing processes within the workshop.
The ideal candidate will have extensive, and continuous experience on conventional milling machines and lathes and be able to precision machine efficiently and competitively.

Desired Experience & Qualification:

• Minimum of 10 years continuous experience in conventional precision milling on a milling machine
• At least 5 years of precision turning experience on a conventional lathe machine.
• Candidate must be knowledgeable to efficiently operate on a radial and standard drilling machine.
• Extensive experience in the hydraulic cylinder manufacturing industry.
• Very familiar with CO2 continuous welding and arc welding.
• Fully traceable references are a must.
• Relevant technical trade test qualification papers (Olifantsfontein or equivalent)
• Strong technical and mechanical skills.
• Excellent problem solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and quality.
• Effective communication.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
