Duties and Responsibilities: Artwork Approval: Prepare graphic illustrations of products as per contract specifications Obtain artwork illustrations from suppliers Review supplier artwork and compare to customer requirements Send artwork to customers to be approved Ensure artwork approval takes place on a timely basis to ensure sufficient time for production to be complete Send approved artwork to suppliers Carry out artwork changes as required Communication: Liaise on a regular basis with Logistics Coordinator and communicate artwork approval progress Regular feedback on the artwork progress should be communicated to sales consultants SMS progress notification to customers at critical production stages Facilitate communication between the company, customers and suppliers regarding the artwork of a contract
