Job Description
- Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.
- Manage and maintain an assigned portfolio of clients, ensuring proactive and regular engagement.
- Develop and manage a retention sales pipeline to meet and exceed performance objectives.
- Build credibility with clients through deep understanding of their business needs.
- Address and resolve client concerns efficiently within required turnaround times.
- Prepare and submit client documentation and negotiate with the credit department when necessary.
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and service excellence.
- Demonstrate tenacity and resilience in a competitive market.
- Prepare progress, forecast, and performance reports for management.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence business processes to support retention goals.
Requirements
Technical Skills
- Fluent in Afrikaans (essential).
- Strong knowledge of sales principles and processes.
- Proven sales and closing ability.
- Experience in process and data quality management.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software (Salesforce highly advantageous).
Interpersonal & Other Skills
- Strong ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Professional, results-driven, and service-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum qualification: Diploma or equivalent (NQF 6).
- Proven success in account management, client retention, and upselling.
- Experience managing a high volume of clients via email, phone, and digital channels.
