Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the overall marketing and brand strategy aligned to business objectives.
- Lead and mentor a high-performance marketing team, fostering innovation and accountability.
- Oversee digital marketing performance, content, campaigns, and brand communication across channels.
- Ensure brand consistency across all business units and touchpoints.
- Manage marketing budgets, performance reporting, and agency relationships.
- Translate market insights and data into actionable strategies that drive measurable results.
- Champion a strong brand identity while protecting and growing brand reputation.
Requirements
- Relevant Degree in Marketing or Commerce.
- 8–10 years’ experience in marketing, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, brand strategy, and commercial growth.
- Strong analytical ability with a focus on data-driven decision making.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in e-commerce, technology, or other fast-growth environments will be advantageous.
