About the Role
In this dynamic role, youll work closely with cross-functional teamsengineering, design, marketing, commercial, and operationsto guide the development and evolution of our products. Youll play a key role in defining the roadmap, aligning business goals with user needs, and delivering high-impact solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitor analysis to identify product opportunities

• Define product vision and translate it into actionable roadmaps and backlogs

• Prioritise and manage product features, enhancements, and strategic initiatives

• Create user stories and participate in UI/UX collaboration

• Use analytics and session replays to monitor feature performance and identify friction points

• Partner with marketing and operations to drive go-to-market strategy and adoption

• Participate in Agile ceremonies and communicate updates across stakeholders

What Youll Bring

• 3+ years of experience in product management, software development, or project management

• Strong grasp of software development processes, APIs, and UX principles

• Proficient with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)

• Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making

• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

• Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Design, Marketing, or related field (preferred)

• A positive, proactive, and growth-oriented attitude

Nice to Have

• Experience with prototyping tools and behavioural analytics platforms

• Knowledge of customer segmentation and cohort analysis

• Familiarity with managing technical debt and writing business cases

• Background in home services, SaaS, or tech-enabled sectors
