Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Capturer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately capturing, updating, and maintaining information on our databases and systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality at all times.
Key Responsibilities:

Capture and update data accurately into relevant systems.

Verify, review, and correct information to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Maintain organized and up-to-date electronic and manual filing systems.

Assist with generating and preparing reports as required.

Perform general administrative duties to support the department.

Adhere to company data protection and confidentiality policies.
Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent qualification.

Proven experience in data capturing, administration, or similar role.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.
-
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
-
Experience with ERP systems or data management software.
-
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
