HR Administrator Luxury Property Group | Kruger National Park

Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a detail-oriented and professional HR Administrator to join a luxury property group based in the Kruger National Park. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised individual with a passion for people and hospitality to contribute to a dynamic team in a world-renowned location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support across all areas of Human Resources

  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and staff documentation

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases

  • Support payroll preparation and leave management processes

  • Coordinate staff training, welfare, and performance documentation

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labour legislation

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an HR administrative or similar role

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Proficient in MS Office and HR systems

  • Knowledge of South African labour laws advantageous

Package:

  • Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience

  • Staff transport available for those residing in nearby villages or surrounding areas
