Cape Town City Centre: Group Facility Manager

Duties: Manage budgets, control costs, and advise on financial efficiency related to facility operations. Cash Flow Management: Daily planning, monitoring, and controlling of cash inflow and outflow. Manage, track, and report on the expenses across multiple entities within a group. Oversee the preparation, consolidation, and monitoring of annual budgets and forecasts for all group entities, to aid in financial planning and decision-making.
