 Key Responsibilities:

        Financial Leadership

        Oversee consolidated financial reporting and management accounts across all 9 entities

        Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning processes

        Ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP and regulatory requirements across all jurisdictions

        Drive month-end and year-end close procedures with accuracy and efficiency

        Strategic Impact

        Partner with executive leadership to provide financial insights for strategic decision-making

        Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to support business growth initiatives

        Identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue enhancement across the group

        Lead financial due diligence for acquisitions, mergers, and strategic investments

        Multi-Entity Coordination

        Manage inter company transactions, eliminations, and complex reconciliations

        Implement standardized financial policies, procedures, and controls across all entities

        Drive group-wide financial systems implementation and technology solutions

        Build strong relationships with finance teams across the organization

        Team Development

        Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team

        Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability

        Drive capability building and knowledge sharing across entities

Requirements

        Essential Qualifications

        Professional accounting qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)

        Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, or related field or higher

        8-10 years of progressive finance experience with 4-5 years at senior management level

        Proven track record managing multi-entity financial operations and consolidations

        Expert knowledge of IFRS/GAAP and financial reporting standards

        Technical Excellence

        Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar)

        Expert-level Excel and financial modeling skills

        Experience with consolidation software (OneStream, SAP BPC, Hyperion, etc.)

        Strong understanding of tax, treasury, and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions
