Service Administrator
Report to: Operations
Seniority Level: Mid-Career (2 – 4 yrs exp)
Your future role:
- Day-to-day administrative tasks in support of customer services team
- Managing service providers
- Coordinating and booking all travel arrangements
- Coordinating Service Engineers availability (local and overseas) to service projects
- Supporting project teams with document and correspondence management
- Preparation of professional documents and presentations
- Administration of Service Close-out activities: Reconciliation of service hours, reports and invoicing
- Logging and monitoring of service tickets from various inbound channels
- Support of EHS Administration for Service Jobs
- Coordination of internal and external training
Your profile:
- The basis of your success is a top-class Matric certificate and a completed vocational training as a professional assistant
- Several years of professional experience as a team assistant in a mid-to-large company office environment
- Strong Microsoft Office skills with an eye for detail
- Team player with a passion to help colleagues succeed
- Effective and enthusiastic communicator
