Requirements:

• 7+ years in UX, UI, and product design, ideally in consultancy or digital product environments.
  
• Experience with designing several mobile apps, that have launched in the market
  
• Tertiary qualification in Design, HCI, or a related field.
  
• Proven ability to lead teams, scale systematic design practices, and embed efficient workflows.
  
• Strong expertise in Figma, prototyping software, and the MS Office suite, with knowledge o
  
• AI-assisted design technologies.
  
• Comprehensive understanding of branding, marketing, data, social media, business analysis, and development.
  
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both craft-level design and systems-level thinking.
  
• Excellent facilitation, storytelling, and influencing skills for senior stakeholders.
  
• Ability to perform under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain organisational efficiency.
  
• Empathetic, collaborative, proactive, and positive mindset, with a willingness to be challenged and continuously grow.
