Business Development Manager (Remote)IT – Manager

ENVIRONMENT:
A South African-born tech company thats revolutionizing how repair and rental businesses operate is expanding its global footprint, with its cloud-based software now powering operations in 29 countries (and counting!). Theyre seeking a dynamic and personable Business Development Manager to join their fully remote, fast-paced global team. In this role, youll conduct live product demos across time zones, engage potential customers, and close deals that drive growth. Youll collaborate closely with marketing, customer experience, and product teams to ensure seamless transitions from demo to activation. This position is perfect for someone whos driven by communication, thrives on structure, and is motivated by measurable success, all while contributing to a company that values ownership, positivity, and excellence in everything they do.
DUTIES:
  • Conduct live product demos with prospective clients across different time zones.
  • Use HubSpot to track activity, manage follow-ups, and maintain accurate deal records.
  • Communicate product value clearly and confidently to business owners and decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with the customer experience team to ensure a smooth transition post-sale.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Proven experience in SaaS sales or business development.
  • Comfortable working remotely and managing meetings across time zones.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
  • Bonus: Experience with the cycling, repair, or rental industries.
