Job Description

Qualifications & Experience

  • Grade 12 / Matric
  • Certificate or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Administration (advantage)
  • Minimum 2-4 years of administrative experience, preferably in a logistics environment
  • Knowledge of transport coordination and warehouse processes
  • Must be willing to work SHIFT WORK & WEEKEND 
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
    • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
    • Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
    • Computer literate (MS Office; Excel proficiency essential)
    • Experience with ERP/WMS systems is advantageous

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all administrative duties within the logistics department (filing, data capturing, document control).
  • Prepare, process, and track delivery notes, invoices, and shipping documentation.
  • Assist in coordinating incoming and outgoing deliveries, including scheduling transport and liaising with drivers and service providers.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock movements, PODs (Proof of Delivery), and dispatch documentation.
  • Capture and update logistics data on internal systems (ERP, Excel, or company-specific software).
  • Communicate with clients, warehouses, and suppliers regarding delivery schedules and queries.
  • Support inventory management by reconciling stock records and highlighting discrepancies.
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly logistics reports as required.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and health & safety regulations.
  • Provide general administrative support to the logistics.
