• Oversee daily service operations, ensuring efficient scheduling, workflow, and quality control
• Maintain strong client relationships and handle escalations professionally
• Manage department budgets, monitor KPIs, and drive cost and performance improvements
• Optimize parts inventory, supplier relationships, and procurement processes
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives and stay current with industry standards
• Ensure compliance with safety and workplace requirements while fostering a positive team culture

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 5 years’ senior management experience in a      service and sales-driven environment
• Proven background in mechanical systems maintenance, including conveyors and rotating equipment
• Strong leadership ability to train, motivate, and develop technical teams
• Hands-on technical experience in electrical or mechanical systems (field or workshop)
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client relationship management skills
• Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, reporting, and performance analysis
• Proficient in service management systems and MS Office tools

Qualification:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a Management-related field
• Proven track record in technical service management within an engineering or industrial environment
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally and internationally when required
