• Matric / High School; Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, or related Engineering field preferred.
• 2+ years of field service, technical support, or engineering experience.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to travel to client sites and work in varying environments.
