1. Suitable Diploma / University degree – preferred
2. At least 2 years experience in an export/agriculture role
3. Understanding export procedures and systems
4. Proficient with Dipar/Paltrack (preferred)

 
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Stock system administration – daily intakes, dispatches, general stock control using DIPAR
• Shipping Administration – Load entry on system, Booking confirmations, Q67, load filing etc.
• Weekly bookings and confirmations of container volumes with shipping lines / C&F agents
• Organise and co-ordinating of road transport
• Generate Loading instructions to cold room/Packhouse/Ports
• Follow up loadings with cold room /Packhouse/Ports
• Complete and submit Shipping Instructions
• Client Allocations using DIPAR
• Generating & preparing of documentation for C&F Agents and Clients
• Liaison with C&F agents
• Sailing schedules update and distribution.
• Follow up of stock and loading related queries
