Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager / Account Executive to lead projects and manage client relationships in the events and exhibitions space. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on delivering exceptional end-to-end service, driving revenue growth, and collaborating with creative and operational teams to bring concepts to life.
Key Responsibilities:
Revenue & Pipeline Management
- Achieve personal revenue targets and contribute to branch objectives.
- Manage accounts, grow new business, and convert inbound leads.
- Maintain and monitor sales pipelines and identify growth opportunities.
Customer Experience & Service Excellence
- Build and nurture client relationships across events and exhibitions.
- Deliver outstanding support from concept development to post-event follow-up.
- Ensure a positive client experience across all touchpoints.
Commercial Operations & Governance
- Ensure accurate quoting, budgeting, and compliance with company standards.
- Monitor invoicing, collections, and financial controls.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Operations, Design, Finance, and Marketing teams for seamless project delivery.
Reporting & Analytics
- Track and report on revenue, pipeline health, and project profitability.
- Identify challenges and propose solutions to improve performance.
Job Experience & Skills Required (Ideal Candidate Profile):
- Experience: 4+ years in project/account management within events, exhibitions, or retail solutions.
- Skills: Strong sales, communication, and presentation abilities; advanced Excel skills.
- Knowledge: Budget oversight and data-driven decision-making.
- Flexibility: Ability to travel and work weekends as required by event schedules.
