Job Description
Assist with day-to-day finance operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
Manage the timekeeping system.
Assist in maintaining accurate general ledger records.
Support intercompany transactions and reconciliations across international entities.
Provide support with year-end audit preparation and documentation.
Assist with ad-hoc projects, analysis, and reporting as required.
Skills & Experience:
Minimum of 2 years’ working experience in a finance or accounting role.
Strong Excel and financial systems skills.
Curios to take initiative i.e if there is a better way speak up
Attention to detail, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Own work from home setup (relevant workspace, computer/laptop, strong internet connection).
Qualification:
Studying towards CIMA qualification (advantageous) OR
Finance Degree/Diploma in Finance
