An experienced Reservationist is sought to join this dynamic company currently in the process of expanding their portfolio in Durbanville rural. We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Reservationist to join the team, focusing on accommodation reservations. Key Responsibilities: Handle guest reservations via phone, email, and online booking platforms. Manage room allocations and availability in the property management system, ResRequest Provide professional and friendly assistance to guests regarding rates, packages, and special requests. Maintain accurate records of bookings, cancellations, and amendments. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience. Assist with guest queries and handle any reservation-related issues promptly. Requirements: Grade d12 / Matric certificate required; preference given to candidates holding a hospitality qualification. South African citizen. Well presented, friendly and professional in approach. Self driven, can work on own. Proven; recent experience in a reservations role. Computer literate and proficient working on hotel reservation systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Must have own reliable transport. Preferably reside in the Northern Suburbs
