Girl Friday / Administrator position available for a reputable company based in East London

Requirements:

• Must have a Matric certificate
• Proven experience with Sage (or similar accounting software)
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Experience in payroll processing is essential

Key Responsibilities:

• Issue and send customer invoices using Sage
• Record and capture business expenses accurately
• Follow up on outstanding payments from clients
• Load and manage the company payroll
