Stellenbosch: QC Lab Analyst

Duties & Responsibilities: Perform chemical, microbiological, and stress tests using standard laboratory methods Prepare solutions and carry out verification through quality control checks Support calibration, maintenance, and correct use of lab equipment Maintain accurate laboratory and quality documentation Support quality audits and assessments Assist in problem-solving, discrepancy investigation, and corrective actions Ensure proper storage and identification of chemicals and reagents Monitor laboratory stock levels and consumables Uphold laboratory hygiene and safety standards Minimum Requirements: ND or BSc in Microbiology, Food Technology, Biotechnology, or related field Minimum 2 years laboratory experience advantageous Exposure to ISO / SANAS 17025 standards beneficial Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Proficient in Excel and general MS Office Key Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving ability Diligent, accurate, and reliable Good communication and reporting skills Self-driven and able to work in a structured team environment ONLY SHORTLISTED CANDIDATESWILL BE CONTACTED
