Stellenbosch: Cellar Assistant

Duties & Responsibilities: Stabilise, filter, blend, and process wines as instructed Load and discharge bulk wine tankers Perform final wine preparation before bottling Draw samples for testing and retention Operate cellar equipment such as Crossflow, Stabtar, and Ultra Cool Maintain accurate cellar and chemical records Assist with daily stock checks Uphold cellar hygiene and safety protocols Minimum Requirements: Grade 12 / Matric At least 2 years experience in a cellar/winery environment Understanding of wine processes and cellar documentation Key Competencies: Diligent and hardworking Strong attention to detail Able to work shifts when required Team-oriented and safety-conscious ONLY SHORTLISTED CANDIDATES WILL BE CONTACTED
