Employer Description Furniture Manufacturing Company Job Description Analyze existing product BOMs for price correctness in line with actual expenditure incurred. Maintain BOMs for price correctness in line with constant price increases to ensure profit margin per product is maintained. Investigate, record, and analyze stock returns or remanufacture, either due to incorrect supply of orders, or incorrect ordering, and the cost thereof and reasoning thereof to the factory. Implement effective and accurate stock control procedures to ensure stock cost is accurate and correctly accounted for stock value R 25m Assist with adjusting sales prices in line with actual cost and inline with group pricing strategy and GP% per product line targets. Assist in any ad-hoc supplier cost investigations and provide direction to procurement on when cost savings could be enjoyed based on direct supply chain local and international. Assist in any other ad-hoc unit costing projects from time to time to understand viability of product manufacturing going forward. Assist team with stock count and correct valuation at month-end. Qualifications Cost and Management Accounting Diploma or Degree Skills Advanced Excel Manufacturing Sector Exp Strong Costing Skills
