Key Responsibilities: Oversee end-to-end accounting, reporting, and financial management for a portfolio of entities. Prepare and review monthly management accounts, financial statements, and cash flow forecasts. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis processes. Maintain strong internal controls and efficient financial systems. Provide FD-level financial guidance and insight to clients. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team. Ensure full compliance with IFRS, tax legislation, and governance standards. Liaise with auditors, tax practitioners, and external stakeholders. Job Experience and Skills Required: Qualified CA(SA) essential.
