Key Responsibilities: Develop conceptual, schematic, and detailed architectural designs for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, 3D visualizations, and construction documentation using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or related software. Conduct site visits, surveys, and inspections to ensure construction progress aligns with approved plans and specifications. Collaborate with engineers, contractors, quantity surveyors, and other professionals to ensure design integrity and project efficiency. Advise clients on materials, finishes, design feasibility, and cost-effective construction methods. Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards. Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables for multiple freelance projects simultaneously. Coordinate tender documentation, drawings, and specifications for project bidding and contractor appointments. Provide technical input during project execution and resolve on-site architectural challenges. Incorporate sustainability, energy efficiency, and green design principles into architectural solutions.
