Sasolburg: QA/QC Assistant

Job Title: QA/QC Assistant Report to: Operations Type: Contractor Region: Freestate Short Description / Purpose of Job: Ensure that the technical QA/QC fields of expertise are executed according to the specifications and agreed scope of work: Management of Service Providers. Verification of quality and quantity of service delivered. Building and maintaining stakeholder relationships. Contract Management Recruitment Description / Key Accountabilities: Providing feedback to customers with regards to time, cost, and quality Challenge service providers on schedule, budget, scope, quality, or safety standards for efficiency of delivery and maintenance of high standards. Manage service providers’ performance and implement corrective actions. Track usage of materials for accuracy of billing. Validate the accuracy of job cards or invoicing. Ensure payments are processed. Establishing good customer relationships with plant owners. Participate in quarterly meetings with vendors and supply chain to assess and review contract scopes when needed. Understand and address customer requirements and ensure that the customers obtain regular feedback. Clear and regular communication to all stakeholders, including line managers and team members. Formal Education: High School / School Diploma or similar Min Experience: 3 relevant years
