Role Purpose To provide expert technical guidance, diagnostic support, and leadership in the maintenance, repair, and performance optimization of mining equipment. The role ensures OEM standards are consistently applied and that equipment availability, reliability, and performance targets are achieved in alignment with customer and contractual requirements. Requirements: Trade Test (mechanical / electrical) / relevant qualification 57 years experience with heavy mining equipment Strong mechanical, hydraulic & electrical diagnostic skills Experience with OEM tools & maintenance systems Experience using diagnostic tools and software Proven ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and service manuals. Valid drivers license and mine medical fitness certificate. Valid passport Duties will include Technical Support – diagnostics and troubleshooting, using condition monitoring tools, root cause analysis, ensure adherance to technical bulletins Maintenance planning and execution – Collaborate with planning team and client to schedule planned maintenance, supervise Technicians Coach and mentor customer and Technicians on proper maintenance Compile detailed Technical reports, maintain accurate equipment performance records, submit monthly technical performance summaries Provide feedback to the company Product Support and Engineering teams for continuous improvement Act as the primary technical liaison between the company and the clients maintenance team Salary in Dollars
