Pietermaritzburg: Creditors Clerk

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Creditors Clerk to join this national concern. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar fast paced environment, preferably within the retail or FMCG sector. Key Responsibilities: Process and reconcile supplier invoices accurately and on time. Manage creditor accounts, including payments and queries. Ensure all financial records are maintained in compliance with company policies. Liaise with internal departments and suppliers to resolve discrepancies. Support month-end and year-end accounting processes as required. Requirements: Previous experience as a Creditors Clerk or Accounts Payable Clerk. Experience in a fast-paced environment is essential. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines. Good communication skills and a professional approach.
