Cape Town City Centre: Audit Manager / Supervisor

About the Role: We are seeking an Audit Manager / Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have completed articles and possess strong technical skills in audit and financial reporting. This role offers the opportunity to manage audits, mentor junior staff, and contribute to the firms growth. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and supervise audit engagements for various clients. Review financial statements, internal controls, and audit workpapers. Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations. Liaise with clients to resolve audit queries and provide insights on financial matters. Mentor and guide junior audit staff to ensure high-quality deliverables. Contribute to continuous improvement of audit processes and methodologies. Requirements: Completed articles compulsory CA(SA) qualification preferred for higher salary bracket(R500 000) Strong technical knowledge in audit and accounting standards Excellent communication and client management skills Attention to detail and strong analytical capabilities Career Development: Opportunity to progress to higher audit leadership positions Exposure to a diverse client portfolio Hands-on experience in audit management and team leadership
