Job Description
We are looking for Afrikaans speaking, (Afrikaans as first language) Temp Administrator for clients in all SA provinces with particular emphasis on Pretoria.

Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Answering of telephone
- Effective recording and relaying of messages
- Assisting callers with information and queries
- Redirect calls to correct persons
- General administration, record keeping and data capturing for managers
- General office management
- Typing
- Filing
Requirements:
- Afrikaans must be your First language.
- Must be available immediately.
- Must have own transport and drivers license
- Grade 12
- Reception / PA / Admin qualification is beneficial
- At least 1-2 years’ work experience in similar position
- Strong computer literacy in Word, Excel, Emails, Calendars, Internet, etc.
- Friendly and welcoming personality
