Pool Waiter | Luxury Wine Estate | Franschhoek Kendrick Recruitment is now seeking a Pool Waiter to join a renowned luxury wine estate situated in the picturesque Franschhoek region. This is an exciting opportunity for a well-presented, service-driven individual with a passion for hospitality and attention to detail. Position: Pool Waiter Location: Franschhoek Property Type: Luxury Wine Estate Salary: R6,000 R7,000 per month (Negotiable depending on experience) Key Responsibilities: Provide professional and attentive service to guests at the pool area Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the poolside area at all times Maintain a high level of personal grooming and presentation Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service Upsell menu items and promote daily specials to enhance guest experience Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury hospitality environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent command of English; additional languages beneficial Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment Friendly; outgoing personality with a guest-first attitude Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as required This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, interacting with guests, and contributing to a memorable guest experience.
