Job Description
An engineering firm based in Cape Town offering integrated and collaborative engineering, design, consulting, and project management solutions is looking for a ?????????? ??????????? to join their team!
Requirements:
- Drafting Certificate/Diploma
- 3-5 years experience in mining/mineral processing/engineering industry
- Good background of mechanical drafting and drawing standards
- Able to read process diagrams eg. Flowsheets and P&IDs
- Good skills in Autodesk programs (3D AutoCAD Required)
- Autodesk Advance Steel/Autodesk Plant/Revit will be advantageous
- Knowledge of NAVISWORKS Manage will be an advantage
Responsibilities:
- Interpret plant layouts and 3D models.
- 3D modelling and generation of 2D shop details of plate work such as chutes, sumps, bins, wear linings etc, including provisions for instrumentation, piping, and equipment interfaces
- 3D modelling of structures, stairs, flooring, handrailing, including generating of 2D shop details
