Participants in the program will be tasked with gaining hands-on experience in mechanical design and development, performing technical analyses, utilizing Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for engineering projects, and collaborating across teams to meet project objectives. The program will include exposure to project management processes, ensuring the successful execution of design concepts and prototypes.QualificationsStrong background in Mechanical Engineering with familiarity in mechanical design principlesProficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) toolsExcellent Analytical Skills for problem-solving and data interpretationEffective Communication skills for collaboration across teams and project stakeholdersKnowledge of Project Management fundamentalsBsc degree in Mechanical Engineering.
